TWO (Two Wheels Only) needed an overhaul to stand out in a niche but crowded market. There had been a change of editorial direction and the team had great ideas /copy but lacked visual support. Art directing shoots was a bonus with regards riding the bikes, but also gave us the opportunity to visualise layouts in situ and work closely with photographers. The magazine eventually merged with its sister website Visordown in 2009 and, again, both needed a new shared identity. Taking the website’s name, the new logo needed to work on both the newsstand as well as in digital space. Alas the magazine has unfortunately ceased to exist but the website continues to grow and still bears the same identity.
